I refreshed the brand identity and relaunched the visual strategies across content and marketing.

Results:

To improve content in product and marketing:

  • Analyzed the market and user behavior in ads, identifying key engagement triggers.
  • Conducted an internal product audit: studied what users upload into the app and defined their segments, implementing a Human-Centered strategy.
  • Designed a survey for different segments and collected data to guide product development.
  • Researched industry trends.
  • Based on insights, created guidelines for designers on producing effect previews and marketing creatives. Organized a feedback loop for the ML, Design, and Prompt teams through boards and repositories.
To avoid the effect of being “just another product in the niche”, I integrated UGC into advertising and developed detailed briefs for the models and the influencer manager.
Redesigned onboarding and content grouping, making everything customized and localized for different user segments.
